The Company shall set up, implement and maintain a Quality Management System to ensure that all requirements of the project are complied with.
The Company shall develop a detailed QA/QC Plan for the Company approval for the project work. The Quality Plan shall be in line with the standard requirements and it shall outline the criteria for ensuring technical capability and integrity in the execution of all facets of the project work and shall contain but not limited to:
All Equipment Calibrations.
All Field Survey Work.
Documentation as regards the survey field work.
Office Computations and Analysis.
Documentation Control.
All field tests results to meet specification and shall also be well documented.
QA/QC crew shall jointly conduct proper inspection, sampling, documentation of all requirements needed in the execution of the project work.
Material receipts, handling and storage shall be documented
